DIRECT-INJECTION SYSTEM

Super Star diesel engines incorporate an advanced direct-injection combustion system that can reduce fuel consumtion by as much as 20% as compared with conventional chamber systems. This highly-effecient direct-injection combustion system places the combustion chamber in a cavity in the top of the piston itself in order to minimize power- robbing gas leakage and prevent heat loss and also has inlet ports with a directionel-type design for more efficient mixing of air and fuel. MANUFACTURING

We are proud to admit that, SUPER STAR Diesel are comletely and carefully manufactured in our modern facilities with the most comprehensive quality control methods. From the smallest nut to the various finished engine sets, the quality control is held carefully in order to produce the best possible solution to undertake difficult duties. The cylinder block and head are made out of special cast iron and are assembled together with powerful studs. The liner is wet-type. The crankshaft is made of forged steel that is heat-treated and grinded in precision. The connecting rods are also made of forged steel. The piston is made out of a light alloy of aluminum and has five rings on it which three are for comression and two for oil. The valves are made of high quality Cr-Ni steel and heat-treated.

WATER COOLING

Super Star Diesel Engines have retained efficiency and ruggedness of the proven WATER-COLLED, Diesel desing. You can get the advantages of trouble-free efficient oparation and easy maintenance.

LUBRICATION

Oil pump and oil pressure regulation valve makes it possible to lubricate the craakshaft, camshaft, bearings, gears, valves and the push rods continuously with a constant pressure. This pressure lubrication, makes all parts of the engine run safe and have long lasting life. Also the SUPER STAR Engines have got a Micro-Oil Filter which can only be found on very expensive diesels. This filter never needs to be cleaned up.

ÜLKE ŞARTLARINA UYGUNLUK

SUPER STAR Dizel motorları, Türkiye'nin şartları gözönünde bulundurularak, sade, sağlam, ekomomik ve uzun ömürlü olacak şekilde ve en hassas metodlarla imal edilmiştir.

YAPIM

SUPER STAR Dizel Motorlarının planları Amerikan GENERAL MOTORS Firmasının mühendisleri tarafından hazırlanmıştır. Projenin hazırlanmasında, bilhassa jenaratörde, tarımda, sanayide ve denizde bir motordan istenen arızasız çalışma ve az masraflı olması gözönüne alınmıştır.

İMALAT

Gururla belirtelim ki, SUPER STAR Dizel motorlarının çok hassas parçaları dahil, bütün parçaları Türkiye'deki modern tesislerimizde, Amerikada yetişmiş mütehassıs mühendisler gözetiminde imal edilmektedir. İmalat en ince ayrıntılarına kadar titizlikle kontrol edilmekte ve yapılan her parçanın Amerikan GENERAL MOTORS STANDARTLARINA UYGUN olması temin edilmektedir. Silindir Bloku ve kafası, özel dökme demirden yapılmış; Tek silindirli motorlarda altı adet, çift silindirli motorlarda dokuz adet kuvvetli saplama ile birbirine bağlanmıştır. Silindir gömleği yaş tiptendir. Krank mili dövme çelikten imal edilmiş,ısıl işlem görmüş ve hassas olarak taşlanmıştır. Piston kolu dövme çeliktendir. Aluminyum alaşımından mamul piston, üçü komproesyon veikisi yağ segmanı olmak üzere beş segmanla donatılmıştır. sübablar Cr-Ni çeliğinden imal edilmiş ve sertleştirilmiştir.

YAKIT SİSTEMİ

Yağ banyolu hava filtresi, en tozlu yerlerde dahi tam süzme yaparak motora azami derecede temiz emme havası gönderilmesini temin eder. Mazot deposu içindeki üstün süzme yeteneğine sahip yakıt filtresinden süzülerek gelen mazot, kam milinden hareket alan yakıt pompası vasıtasıyla tazyikli yakıt borusu üzerinde enjektöre püskürtülür.Pistona verilen özel biçim sayesinde yanma mükemmelleştirilmiş, issiz çalışma ve yakıt sarfiyatının asgariye indirilmesi temin edilmiştir.

SOĞUTMA

Su ile soğutma sayesinde, en sıcak havalarda bile tam yükle çalışan motorun aşırı ısınması önlenmiş ve böylece ömrü uzatılmıştır. Su soğutmalı Super Starlar katiyen KAFA ÇATLATMAZ ve SEGMAN KAYNATMAZ.

YAĞLAMA

Dişli Yağ Pompası ve Yağ Basıncı Ayar Süpapı, Biley Krang ve Kam Milli yataklarının, dişlilerin Süpap ve iticilerin devamlı olarak sabit tazyikli yağ ile yağlanmasını temin eder. Bol tazyikli yağlama, aşınmanın azalması ve ömrün artması demektir. SUPER STAR dizel motorları, ancak çok pahalı motorlarda bulunan Mikro-yağ filtresi ile donatılmıştır.Motorun ömrünün çok uzamasını temin eden bu filtre temizlenmeye ihtiyaç göstermez.

YÜKSEK KALİTE VE ÜLKE ŞARTLARINA UYGUNLUK

SUPER STAR Motorları, İstanbul teknik ünüversitesi labratuvarlarında testlere tabi tutulmuş ve İ.T.Ü. Makina Fakültesi MOTORLAR ENSTİTÜSÜ'nün 30.3.1968 tarih 2073 sayılı ve 23.2.1970 tarih 1014 sayılı raporları ile YÜKSEK KALİTE bir motor olduğu ve "MOTORUN KONSTRÜKSİYONUNUN SADELİĞİ, İLK KOLAY VE YAKIT SARFİYATININ AZ OLMASI SEBEBİ İLE MEMLEKET ŞARTLARINA UYGUN OLDUĞU" belgelenmiştir. Super Star Sulama ve yağmurlama Motopompları da, yine İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi labaratuvarlarında teste tabi tutulmuş ve İ.T.Ü. Makine Fakültesi'nin 25.10.1983 tarih R-83/21 sayılı 29.11.1985 tarih, R-85/38 sayılı ve 20.3.1987 tarih, R-87/2 sayılı 14.11.1995 tarih ve 6210-1 ila 4 sayılı raporları ile motopompların "Doğrudan Zirai Sulama ve yağmurlama İhtiyaçları için Kullanılabilecek, Ülke Tarımına Uygun ve Yüksek Verimli Makinalar Olduğu" belgelenmiştir.
